Advancement opportunities may include:Crew LeaderCrew MasterLeadership positions currently pay $21.50 to $30.00 per hour, depending on role, performance, and length of service with the company.Compensation NoteTips are not guaranteed, but many of our customers know we employ veterans and military families and often tip generously based on the level of service they receive.The $4/hour tip average listed here reflects the actual average tips earned by our current team over the past several months when measured against hours worked.
