BDC Representative

Our BDC Representatives are responsible for fielding phone calls and other electronic communication to generate business for Noblesville and Westfield Imports. Agents must possess the skills needed to communicate in a clear, friendly, and professional manner both over the phone and through email/text. We are ideally looking for somebody with at least one year experience as a BDC or call center experience, but not necessary. Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for service and sales, and reschedule no-show customers. Identifying customer needs, providing information on inventory, and setting appointments for customer visits. Document all contacts within the customer management system. Assign leads to qualifed sales team members or department Contact customers based on current marketing incentives Following up on all unsold customers, and any special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met Maintaining a prospect and owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction Requirements: Experience in VinSolutions CRM a PLUS Experience as a BDC representative a PLUS Excellent computer skills required Excellent organizational and task management skills Excellent appointment setting skills Knowledgeable to call center environment Automotive experience helpful but not required Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
