Warehouse Lead Associate

Warehouse Lead We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Lead to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while helping oversee daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities: Load trailers with outbound product scheduled for next-day delivery Verify and check off product during loading to ensure shipments are complete and accurate Relocate and organize product from the warehouse floor into designated rack locations Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the shift Assist with maintaining warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards Support warehouse operations and help ensure productivity goals are met Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory or shipment discrepancies Qualifications: Previous warehouse lead or warehouse coordination experience preferred Forklift certification required Experience loading and unloading trailers Ability to lift, move, and organize warehouse product safely Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Experience with inventory handling and warehouse organization is a plus Schedule: Candidates must be available to train on the AM shift from 7:00am–3:30pm for approximately 2 weeks After training is completed, the schedule will transition to the PM shift from 3:30pm–12:00am Pay: $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
