Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Vice President of Global Operations, based in Santa Clara, CA, with remote work flexibility. The Vice President will oversee global operational strategies, drive efficiency across processes, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Responsibilities include optimizing supply chain operations, developing and implementing performance improvement initiatives, leading strategic planning projects, and managing critical cross-functional projects. The role will also involve fostering a high-performance culture and working closely with leadership to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications• 12–15+ years leading global operations across hardware manufacturing, supply chain, and large-scale deployment • Proven ability to scale physical products from early production to high-volume commercialization • Experience in cold chain, life sciences, or regulated logistics (GDP/FDA compliance) • Strong background in end-to-end hardware operations: sourcing, contract manufacturing, QA/QC, and lifecycle management • Track record deploying solutions into last-mile or fleet-based logistics networks • Expertise in cost optimization and unit economics (BOM reduction, supplier negotiations, margin improvement) • Experience building reverse logistics and reusable asset systems • Familiarity with IoT/telemetry-driven operations and performance monitoring • Strong leadership, cross-functional execution, and ability to operate in a fast-scaling, founder-led environment • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
