Systems Engineer
Our client, a leader in industrial automation and control systems, is seeking a Systems Engineer III to join their team. As a Systems Engineer III, you will be part of the engineering department supporting control systems development and deployment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Systems Engineer III
Location: Seattle, WA
Pay Range: $72/Hour on Experis W2
Contract: 4-24 months
What's the Job?
Support for continued Robotic Product support and backfill for departing engineers
Scaling deployment base and automating system conditioning processes
Implementing auto recovery mechanisms from errors and refactoring code for efficiency
Collaborating with an innovative robotics team working on complex projects involving human-touch item manipulation
Developing and integrating control systems, including PLC and HMI applications, with various industrial components
What's Needed?
5-7 years of experience in control systems development and deployment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
In-depth knowledge of developing control systems, including PLC and HMI applications
Experience integrating components like drives, barcode readers, and remote sensors
Proficiency in multiple IEC 61131-3 languages and basic network troubleshooting skills for industrial networks such as Ethercat, Ethernet/IP, Profibus/Profinet
