Follow Allergan Aesthetics on LinkedIn.Job DescriptionThe Project Management Specialist serves as a subject matter expert, driving process improvement and supporting continuous business success. This role is primarily responsible for managing the intake and evaluation of system enhancement requests across SAP systems and Salesforce, as well as related process improvements, to ensure business needs are fully understood and clearly documented. The Specialist partners with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, ensuring proposed changes are appropriately reviewed, prioritized, and assigned in alignment with organizational objectives.This role also leads change management activities for project implementations by preparing stakeholders for transitions, facilitating training, addressing resistance, and measuring the effectiveness of new processes, systems, and tools. A key part of the position is the ability to present processes clearly, map out process flows, and communicate recommended improvements to stakeholders and team members.Contributions from this position support project management efficiency, data accuracy, and achievement of organizational objectives. The Specialist assists the Training Team in creating staff training communications, facilitates knowledge updates, and provides support to managers and directors for project management deliverables. Additional responsibilities include resolving inquiries, collaborating with other functional teams for issue resolution, and fostering strong customer loyalty through positive relationships.This role operates in accordance with internal organizational requirements and relevant regulatory standards, including ethics, environmental health and safety, financial practices, human resources, and core business policies. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on manyfactors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
