Cultivation Technician (Temp-to-Hire)Location: Holliston, MAPay: $19.00/hourSchedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMFull-Time | Temp-to-HireA growing cannabis cultivation operation in Massachusetts is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cultivation Technicians to join their team in Holliston, MA. This is a hands-on opportunity supporting daily cultivation, harvest, and post-harvest operations within a regulated cannabis production environment.This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, team-oriented work, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are interested in building a long-term career within the cannabis industry.As part of this opportunity, Vangst will cover the cost of all required Massachusetts cannabis badging and registration requirements for qualified candidates.ResponsibilitiesSupport daily cannabis plant care including watering, pruning, trimming, and general plant maintenanceAssist with harvesting, offloading, hanging, drying, curing, destemming, and trimming processesMonitor plant health and assist with identifying quality or environmental concernsWeigh, track, and record harvest and post-harvest materials accuratelyAssist with cannabis waste destruction and disposal in accordance with state regulationsMaintain clean workspaces, cultivation rooms, tools, and equipment through regular sanitization proceduresFollow all SOPs, compliance requirements, and workplace safety standardsWork collaboratively with cultivation and post-harvest teams to support daily production goalsAssist with additional operational tasks as neededQualificationsMust be 21 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularlyComfortable standing, bending, and working on feet for extended periodsPrevious cannabis cultivation experience preferred but not requiredAbility to work within a highly regulated production environmentStrong attention to detail, reliability, and communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently or within a team environmentPositive attitude and willingness to learnPosition DetailsTemp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potentialFull-time schedule with consistent hoursMonday–Friday day shiftCannabis industry experience welcomed but not mandatoryMassachusetts cannabis badging costs covered by Vangst for qualified hiresAbout VangstVangst is the cannabis industry’s leading hiring platform, connecting top cannabis companies with exceptional talent across cultivation, manufacturing, retail, operations, and executive leadership.
