Head Of Growth This role is a high-impact leadership position responsible for defining and executing the full-funnel growth strategy within a fast-scaling SaaS environment. You will own customer acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion initiatives, building scalable systems that drive predictable and sustainable growth. The environment is highly data-driven and experimentation-focused, requiring strong analytical thinking and rapid execution. You will work closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with broader business objectives.
