Examples include:Functional nutrition and nutritional therapy certificationsFunctional medicine or health coaching certificationsNBC-HWC certification from an approved programAdvanced degrees in nutrition, health sciences, or related disciplines with functional nutrition expertiseExamples of qualifying organizations/programs include:NTA, FDN, NANP, RWS, FMCA, IIN, Functional Nutrition Alliance, and similar institutions.Equivalent education and experience will be considered. Experience & SkillsMinimum 1 year of experience as a health coach or in a similar role, with proven success guiding clients toward long term wellness goalsDeep knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with the ability to identify dysfunction and address it from a functional/holistic approachStrong interpersonal and communication skills to build professional, trust based client relationshipsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote, multidisciplinary teamProficiency with virtual coaching tools and client documentation platformsFull-time availability (40 hours/week) and commitment to continued professional growthEqual Opportunity EmployerPompa Program is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and mission driven team.
