Program ManagerGenesis10 is currently seeking a Program Manager for a contract position with a Leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager. This is a remote opportunity. Rate $60 - $70ph W2This role is for a service offering related to the NCPDP D.0-F6 transition. The ideal candidate will lead complex, multi-vendor healthcare implementations, ensuring alignment across all workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.Responsibilities:Lead complex, multi-vendor healthcare implementations, ensuring alignment across workstreams, timelines, and deliverablesDevelop and manage integrated project plans, including dependencies, risks, issues, and decision tracking (RAID)Drive cross-functional coordination across business, IT, operations, and external vendorsOversee testing strategy and execution, including UAT coordination across multiple systems and partnersManage program governance, status reporting, and executive-level communicationsProactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain schedule, quality, and regulatory alignmentSupport go-live planning, dual-use readiness, and command center executionRequirements:Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-vendor healthcare technology implementationsStrong skills in developing and managing integrated project plans (RAID)Experience driving coordination across cross-functional business, IT, and vendor teamsExperience overseeing testing strategy, UAT, and program governanceExcellent communication skills for managing executive-level reporting and stakeholder updatesPay range: $56 - $66 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
