CT Tech Location: Saint Joseph, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,332 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 11 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years License: Pending license acceptable with submission, must be in-hand prior to start Certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS Must-Have: No first-time travelers Experience in a busy hospital setting EPIC experience preferred Description: The CT Tech will work three nights a week from 7:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Call is required, approximately 2 shifts per month. Patient ratio is 1:3. The position requires certifications in ARRT CT, ARRT R, and BLS. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience. Skills include adult acute care, emergency department, and pediatric acute care. Experience with the following procedures is required: - Abdomen without and/or with contrast - Colorectal studies (rectal contrast) - Enterography study - Intravenous pyelogram - Pelvis without and/or with contrast - Chest without and/or with contrast - Heart (e.g., calcium scoring, coronary angiography) - Vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta) - Carotid studies - Head without and/or with contrast - Trauma head imaging - 3D rendering and multiplanar reconstruction The applicant should also be knowledgeable in radiation safety, preparation and administration of contrast media, and managing IVs. The CT Tech will assist in trauma cases, including cervical, lumbar, and musculoskeletal trauma. Experience in travel positions is preferred. The candidate should be able to provide care for a diverse patient population, including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The facility has a total of 350 beds and utilizes various interdisciplinary support services. RTO is required with submission.
