No prior machining experience is required—we provide hands-on training. We're looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.This position is for 2nd Shift ONLY. Candidates must be committed to working this shift.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacturing SupportPrepare metal parts through deburring, polishing, lapping, and cleaningPerform visual inspections to identify scratches, burrs, and defectsUse basic measuring tools including calipers and micrometersRecord production counts and maintain accurate production logsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaFollow standard operating procedures and safety guidelinesQualificationsAbility to work 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 3:40 PM – 12:10 AM)Reliable work historyComfortable working with hands and basic toolsAbility to follow instructions and learn new manufacturing processesStrong attention to detailAble to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPreferred BackgroundsExperience in any of the following is welcomed:WarehouseManufacturingAssemblyCleanroomRetailGroceryFast FoodDelivery DriverShipping & ReceivingGeneral LaborCompensation$19.00/hr (includes shift differential)Schedule: Monday–Friday 2nd Shift: 3:40 PM – 12:10 AMLocation: Lawrence, MA 100% Onsite
