Job Description Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. This role offers flexible, school-based assignments ideal for compassionate individuals who want to positively impact student lives on a per diem, as-needed basis.Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 or small-group support to students as directed by teachers and staff Assist students with academic tasks, behavior management, and social engagement Aid with daily routines, classroom transitions, and participation activities Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Support student mobility, supervision, and personal care needs Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environmentRequired Qualifications: High school diploma or GED At least 18 years of age Current TB test in accordance with district requirements Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed Clearance requirements met or willingness to obtain prior to employmentPreferred Experience: Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges CPI, PMT, or RBT certification (preferred but not required) Reliable, patient attitude with strong teamwork skillsWhy Choose This Role?
