With expertise across a wide range of capabilities, including injection molding, blow molding, and thermoset molding, we bring the holistic perspective to manufacture high-quality parts across many applications and the discipline from our 80/20 focus to know where we can produce the greatest sustainable value for our customers.Full-TimeSummaryThe material handler's responsibility is to support Molding, Assembly and Inventory management warehouse through issuing and returning raw materials to and from Operations and Warehouse.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, issue and return raw materials, components, and packaging to the staging area on timely basis per dispatch.Compound/Blend colorants with base resin, utilizing material tumbler, scale and at time manually mixing and perform line clearance on material dryers at the end of their use per Quality system processReconcile (including correct material count), document and return unused raw materials, intermediate finished components and packaging to the warehouse for restocking upon job completion within ERP And complete all applicable documentation.Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting and verification of inventory within Epicor or other systems.Backup to operators.Other duties as assigned.EducationHigh School Diploma/GEDQualifications1+ years in a manufacturing environmentAble to become familiar with the many types of resins used in thermoplastic injection moldingAbility to do basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions and decimals)Ability to use pallet jack and material handling equipmentAbility to become forklift and crane certifiedAbility to read, write in English, comprehend and follow work instructions.Ability to use a computerWork EnvironmentRoutinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinetsSitting, Standing, Walking, Kneeling, Bending, Reaching, Talking, Seeing, HearingAbility to lift up to 55 poundsCompetenciesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each competencies satisfactorily.
