Preconstruction Estimator

We have awards for our work & work environment to back it up. Because of the growth of our Preconstruction Operations, we are looking for a Preconstruction Manager or Estimator to play a critical role in the early stages of our projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, and coordination to ensure seamless project execution. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a proven track record with Class A Interior Fit Outs and/or Ground Up Construction Projects.Responsibilities -Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to define project scope and goals.-Develop comprehensive project estimates and budgets.-Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.-Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, soliciting and analyzing bids.-Prepare project schedules and coordinate preconstruction activities.-Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs and performance.-Oversee permit acquisition and ensure compliance with local regulations.-Support the transition from preconstruction to construction phases.Qualifications -3+ recent years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or "cradle to grave" project management within the commercial construction industry.-Proven experience with Class A Interior Fit Outs and Ground Up Construction Projects.-Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.-Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).-Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferredBenefits- Profit Sharing- Bonuses- Auto, Cell, Gas- Company Vehicle - PTO- Paid Holidays- Full health insurance - Wellness Program Email Your Resume In Word ToSteve.Ogden@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
