Position Summary ILSI Engineering is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in New Orleans. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical design and construction management experience who is passionate about infrastructure development and community impact. The successful candidate will play a key role in project execution, client satisfaction, and the growth of our Technical Division. Key Responsibilities Lead and support civil engineering projects, including roadway, drainage, water, and sewer design. Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for technical design and documentation. Ensure compliance with New Orleans DPW and SWB specifications and standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage project schedules and deliverables. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the Technical Division. Required Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license in Louisiana Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 2 years of civil engineering experience Prior experience with DPW and SWB projects Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience with MicroStation and OpenRoads Strong decision-making and team collaboration skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with MicroStation and OpenRoads (if not already listed) #J-18808-Ljbffr
