This role will report to the Warehouse Manager and the role is days, Monday through Friday.Responsibilities:Locate, provide parts and components to both Maintenance and Production personnelProvide availability and delivery dates to the PlantReceive and verify items orderedProperly store all items to Atlas warehouse standardsOrder and track parts, track backorder items and contact vendorsMaintain updated parts and component ordering catalogs, manage parts life cycle via EpicorMaintain cleanliness in warehouse and all storage areasEnsure all on-hand inventory balances are accurateIssue parts/components/materials to maintenance and production personnelPrepare and forward all documentation – including but not limited to: purchase orders, parts requests, work orders, received goods and packing listsPerforms regular inventories and cycle counts on parts/materials/components established by Warehouse ManagerEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with plant personnel, management and all vendorsAbility to operate a forklift safelyQualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skillsHigh sense of urgency and strong attention to detailAbility to carry out instructions furnished in oral/diagrammatic or written form that involves standardized work with some latitude for independent judgementHigh school or GEDAbility to provide a clean MVR so you can drive for the companyAbility to work long periods of time in non-climate controlled areasWhat You'll Love About Us:Best People and Great Places to Work, Hire Vets ,Top Place to Work For – Austin American StatesmanYour Well-Being is a 100% covered Medical, Dental, and VisionInvest in Your 401K with company match, immediate vestingRelax and Paid time off and 10+ company paid holidays
