Sales Executive - Experiential Marketing

If you're gritty, resourceful, and smart — and you know how to sell high-value services in a competitive market — we want to talk to you.What You'll Do:Win new business by developing and closing relationships with agencies and brands nationwideLeverage your book of business and grow your network to create a steady pipeline of opportunitiesDrive the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing six- and seven-figure dealsPartner with our internal creative, fabrication, and project teams to shape client ideas into executable solutionsBuild compelling, tailored sales decks and lead presentations to C-level stakeholdersManage pricing discussions and lead contract negotiationsAct as a consultative advisor, helping agencies and brands solve complex challenges through custom experiencesUse CRM tools and other industry tools, such as LinkedIn, to track, manage, and grow your sales pipelineWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of success in consultative B2B service sales — ideally in experiential marketing, trade shows, custom fabrication, or other high-value project-based industriesA proven hunter with a strong book of business and existing agency/brand relationshipsTrack record of closing large-scale, custom dealsGrit, hustle, empathy, and smarts — all non-negotiableCollaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver world-class client experiencesConfidence presenting to senior decision-makers and tailoring solutions to meet complex needsProficiency with CRM platforms and LinkedIn; formal sales training is a plus.
