For more information, visit We are looking for a Janitorial Foreman to oversee the 250 Vesey Street floors and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. We are looking for someone with ability to prioritize, and with organizational skills to accomplish all work. The goal is to keep the 250 Vesey Street floors in clean and orderly condition. Basic Qualifications: * Must be 18 years of age or olderNo high school diploma, GED or college degree requiredOne (1) year of prior related work experience required and on the job training provided Preferred Qualifications: * One (1) year of prior leadership experience preferred Responsibilities: * Work as directed by ABM management and client to complete any and all Foreman/periodic cleaning as per contract.Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew membersOverseeing training of new crew members.Inspects all floors including all Kitchen/Pantries areas to comply with CDC GuidelinesClean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.Gather and empty trashService, clean, and supply restrooms.Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projectsFollow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtureNotify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects performanceCooperate with the rest of the staffFollow all health and safety regulationsListening to instructions from a manager or client and following them to a tee is important to meet expectationsWrite specifications, orders, and maintain an inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment
