This is a great opportunity for individuals who are safety conscious and have a pleasant and outgoing attitude who want to excel in a warehouse environment.Our associates enjoy PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, 401K, and numerous Associate Discounts!Position Details:3Mid- Thursdays to Saturdays 9:00AM to 9:30PM$22.00 base rate + $1.00 shift differential on Thursdays and a $2.00 shift differential Fridays and Saturdays3B- Thursdays to Saturdays 12:00pm to 12:30am$22.00 base rate + $1.00 shift differential on Thursdays and a $2.00 shift differential Fridays and SaturdaysAdditional Benefits: Paid Time Off Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401K Associate Referral ProgramMajor Responsibilities:Control the flow of work within the facility to meet receiving and shipping departure times while maintaining accuracy and KPI commitmentsRequirement for customer service acumen as the position is customer facingExperience with drivers/BOLs/Document handling preferredExperience with daily scheduling of loads preferredMust be able to multi-task in a high paced environment while being detail orientedMust be able to prioritize and adjust to immediate workload requirementsAssist with daily/weekly operational reportsAbility to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilitiesWork as a member of a team, accomplish team goals and meet warehouse metricsOther projects and tasks assigned by supervisorApply Online Today!Qualifications:Shipping and Receiving experience requiredIntermediate Excel skills preferredHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredPrior use of warehouse management systems and scanners preferredBasic computer skills and the ability to learn in-house systems requiredMust be able to work varied schedule including weekend and early morning shiftsFlexible to work overtime requiredAbility to read, write, and speak English requiredAbility to follow directions, and basic math skills requiredRequires the ability to pay close attention to details, meet deadlines, and work with difficult individualsWillingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.Physical Requirements:The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
