Position Overview:
As a Salesforce Developer (Consultant) you will be responsible for all types of standard Salesforce Development and customization. This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating and modifying existing applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather, design, code, debug, analyze performance, package, and deploy business applications on the Force.com platform and Salesforce.com
- Design and deploy high quality, scalable code.
- Design and develop customizations of the client's Salesforce application as per business requirements
- Ensure documentation and use and flow of application code is accurate and well written while ensuring the alignment with Salesforce best practices.
- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components to enhance user interfaces and performance.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and developers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct testing, deployment, and documentation of Salesforce solutions.
- Support data migration, integration, and troubleshooting activities.
- Takes a leadership role in projects, and as such, delegates cases to all project team members, is the primary point of contact for the Project Manager and the clients, and is responsible for each project team member's performance within the project
- Potential Project Role:
- Can be assigned as Primary Developer in the project(s)
- Can be assigned as Primary requirements analyst in the project(s)
Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in handling Salesforce Development projects
Required Salesforce Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Administrator, App Builder, Platform Developer
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, Financial
- Force PSAProficiency in creating Visualforce pages, lightning components, and Lightning Web Components
- Ability to Confidently work with existing code.
- Advanced understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items.
- Experience with Salesforce URL manipulation required.
- Experience with Salesforce objects, fields, formula fields, process builder, workflows, and data migration required.
- Ability to Code Apex triggers, Apex batch, Apex queueable, Apex schedulable
- Proficiency in Salesforce Integration using SOAP or REST APIProficiency in AI and Agentforce (Desired)
