The business is focused on building a high-performing, scalable operating model across its network of practices.About the RoleThis is a senior operational leadership role responsible for overseeing performance across a group of practices within the region. The position is focused on driving consistency, supporting local leadership teams, and ensuring strong operational execution across sites.With continued growth across the platform, there is also exposure to new site onboarding and integration as the business scales.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of ophthalmology practicesDrive performance across revenue, patient flow, and operational efficiencyPartner with Practice Managers and clinical teams to improve consistency and outcomesSupport onboarding and integration of new locations into the regionTrack and act on KPIs, reporting, and operational performance trendsImplement operational improvements and standardised best practices across sitesQualificationsExperience in a Director, Regional, or multi-site operations leadership roleBackground within ophthalmology, optometry, or healthcare servicesStrong understanding of practice operations and key performance driversExperience overseeing multiple locations and supporting site-level leadershipComfortable operating in a hands-on, field-based environmentExperience within a growing or multi-site platform preferredJ-18808-Ljbffr
