Plaintiff Personal Injury AttorneyBoston, MA (Hybrid)We are working with a well-established and growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Boston that is actively seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join their team.This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is looking for hands-on litigation experience, meaningful case ownership, and a collaborative hybrid work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, and discoveryConduct depositions and attend court hearingsNegotiate settlements with insurance carriersCollaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategyPrepare cases for trial when necessaryQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolLicensed and in good standing in Massachusetts2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury (or relevant litigation experience)Strong writing, negotiation, and advocacy skillsAbility to manage cases independentlySalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $180,000 annually.
