Ab Initio Developer

*Job Role :- Abinitio Developer * *Location: Omaha, NE or Alpharetta, GA or Coral Springs, FL (5 days Onsite)* *Duration: Long Term* *Job Description:* We are seeking a skilled Ab Initio Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance ETL solutions using the Ab Initio platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in data integration, data warehousing, and performance optimization within large-scale enterprise environments. *Key Responsibilities:* · Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Ab Initio components (Graphical Development Environment, Co>Operating System, Express>It, Continuous Flows, etc.). · Analyze, design, and optimize complex data workflows to ensure data quality, consistency, and performance. · Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. · Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple sources into target data repositories. · Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Ab Initio graphs, scripts, and data pipelines. · Optimize data processing jobs for performance and scalability. · Support production deployments, monitor job performance, and ensure data accuracy. · Document technical designs, processes, and configurations. *Required Skills & Qualifications:* · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. · 5+ years of hands-on experience with Ab Initio tools (GDE, EME, Co>Op, Control Center, etc.). · Strong proficiency in ETL design, data mapping, and data modeling concepts. · Experience with SQL, Unix/Linux shell scripting, and working with RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, DB2). · Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data governance best practices. · Knowledge of continuous flows, PDL, meta-programming, and plans in Ab Initio. · Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. · Experience with version control, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies is a plus. *Preferred Qualifications:* · Experience with Big Data or Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data integration. · Knowledge of Ab Initio Metadata Hub, Conduct>It, or Data Profiler. · Familiarity with Python, Autosys, or Control-M scheduling tools. Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Work Location: In person
