Advanced Technical Service Associate with Security Clearance
Role: Advanced Technical Service Associate Client: Defense-Aerospace Hourly Rate: up to $35/hr W2, non-benefited Length: 18-month contract (with possible extension) Location: Scottsdale, AZ Clearance: Department of Defense SECRET security clearance is required at time of hire Description: * Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, engineering, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systemsResponds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or softwareReports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineeringMay be involved in customer installation and trainingProvides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in natureThe position job generally interacts directly with the customer/user where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature, such as with systems levelsoftware where the user has a technical backgroundProvides technical service management and technical support for customer programsAssures all repairs are in accordance with company policy and procedure and customer quality requirements Required and Desired Skills: * Sec + or other IAII certification required at time of hireNetwork/ IT systems managementSQL serverSoftware administrationTroubleshooting in a windows environmentExperience with failure and root cause analysis reportingDirect customer service and/or direct customer interaction experience is a plusKnowledge of CA Spectrum One Click software suite.Experience with Oracle CRMMicrosoft Terminal ServerHBSSAnti-Virusnetwork monitoring toolsAsset management softwareMicrosoft Windows Active Directory tools a big plusSupport of DoD or DHS systems is desire Required Education and Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
