Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, headquartered in Los Angeles, California for a Project Manager. The role involves overseeing and expediting project timelines, coordinating and managing logistics, conducting inspections, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders to provide superior relocation services and ensure adherence to compliance requirements and quality standards. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Project Management and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in Expediting and familiarity with the role of Expeditor to ensure project timelines are metExperience in Inspection processes to uphold quality control and complianceStrong skills in Logistics Management, ensuring seamless operations and coordinationExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to lead cross-functional teams and resolve challenges effectivelyBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceExperience working in a housing or relocation environment is a plus
