This role is responsible for transporting parts and materials, assisting with HVAC and refrigeration installations, and providing logistical and hands-on support at job sites. The ideal candidate has experience with route driving, warehouse operations, and interest or experience assisting skilled trades.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive a box truck to deliver parts, equipment, and materials to job sites, customers, and warehousesAssist HVAC/R technicians with installations, including staging materials, setting up work areas, and handling tools and equipmentLoad, unload, and securely transport parts and materialsOperate a forklift and other material-handling equipment safelySupport installation teams by moving equipment, holding components, and performing basic mechanical support tasks as directedUse a manual transmission vehicle when required, including in heavy trafficProvide professional and courteous customer service at all timesMaintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, tools, and work areasComplete delivery and job-site documentation accurately and on timeCommunicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, technicians, and customersFollow all safety policies, procedures, and company standardsQualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required)Experience in route driving, delivery, or courier servicesAbility to assist with HVAC/R installations or willingness to learn hands-on technical tasksForklift experience preferredAbility to operate a manual transmissionStrong work ethic and commitment to safetyAbility to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment and materialsStrong communication, organization, and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing job-site needsPreferred SkillsCommercial drivingBox truck operationRoute drivingForklift operationAssisting technicians with installationsMaterial handling / load & unloadCustomer serviceBasic mechanical aptitudeJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:100% Company paid M/D/V and Life InsurancePaid time offPaid trainingReferral programMatching 401KUnlimited opportunities for growthExperience:Parts Delivery: 2 years (Required)
