Family Practice - Without OB Physician
A growing, value-based healthcare organization is seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join its outpatient team in Mobile, Alabama and Gulfport, Mississippi. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to adult and senior populations. Position Overview Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) Locations: Mobile, AL & Gulfport, MS Full-Time Permanent Base Salary: $250,000 Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 Additional performance-based incentives available Key Responsibilities As a PCP, you will:Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care servicesManage acute and chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, COPD, heart disease)Conduct preventive visits, wellness exams, and routine screeningsDevelop personalized, value-based care plansCoordinate care with specialists, care managers, and interdisciplinary teamsFocus on quality metrics and improved patient outcomesUtilize EMR for timely documentation and care coordinationEducate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive health strategies Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residencyBoard Certified or Board Eligible (FM or IM)Active AL or MS medical license (or ability to obtain)Commitment to patient-centered, value-based care Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $250,000$15,000 sign-on bonusPerformance and quality-based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurancePaid malpractice insuranceGenerous PTO and paid holidaysCME allowance with paid CME timeRetirement plan optionsSupportive clinical and administrative team Why Mobile, AL & Gulfport, MS?
