Sales Coordinator

HEF Group operates a global service jobbing network that provides our nitriding treatments and PVD coating services to manufacturers of automotive components and precision components used in industrial equipment such as pumps, valves, compressors, hydraulic gearboxes etc. TS USA, a subsidiary of HEF Group, which operates several processing facilities in the US, is seeking an experienced Quoting and Sales Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Quoting & ERP SupportPrepare accurate and timely quotes for two manufacturing sitesEnter all quote information into the ERP systemCollaborate with Plant Managers to gather pricing, lead times, and production detailsRoute completed quotes for the Sales team for follow-up and further customer communicationSchedule meetings as needed for quote review or discussion with sales, operations, and managementMaintain organized records of quotes and related documentation Sales Support & Follow-UpMonitor and manage the shared sales inbox outside of CRM workflowsFollow up on aging quotes and coordinate with Sales on next stepsLog all new sales calls and inquiries into the CRM systemMaintain and update customer contact lists to ensure accuracySupport the Sales team with coordination and administrative assistance as needed Front-Line CommunicationHandle all incoming calls for the companyProfessionally route calls to appropriate departments or individualsServe as a positive and knowledgeable first point of contact for customers, vendors, and partners Marketing & Operations SupportAssist the Marketing Department with coordination, data management, and execution support as neededSupport the Operations Manager with reporting, scheduling, and administrative coordinationHelp facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and operations teams Reporting & Sales OperationsTrack key sales, quoting, and operational KPIsGenerate basic reports related to sales activity or production data (reporting only)Ensure consistency and accuracy across ERP, CRM, and internal sales recordsIdentify opportunities for improved efficiency within quoting and sales support processes QualificationsMinimum 2+ years' experience in customer service, inside sales, and/or sales operationsDemonstrated personal leadership (leading by example, positive attitude, problem-solving, mentoring of others, initiative)Strong experience with ERP systems requiredExperience using CRM systems for sales tracking and reportingEffective listening, communication (verbal and written) skillsComfortable in a fast-paced, customer-driven, change-focused environmentAbility to manage multiple priorities across two manufacturing sitesGood judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilityTeam player who works productively and demonstrates leadership potentialAbility to perform business math and read financial reportingComputer experience - Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Benefits:Benefits start 30 days from hire 1st of the next month9 paid holidays + birthday offPTO accrual and personal time401K with company match after a year HEF and TS US is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
