` Well Boarding Transportation is looking for Van Monitor to join our dedicated team ASAP. What We Offer: 20-30 hours per week $15-$18 Hour AM and PM Shifts 401(k) plan option, Paid job training Requirements Age 18+ Ability to pass a background check, CORI & SORI What You’ll Be doing: Safely assist students as needed. This includes helping them enter and exit the vehicle, using the vehicle’s lap and shoulder belts, and safely securing them in car seats and booster seats. Communicate effectively and clearly in (English) with students, parents, teachers, and staff. Monitor student behavior to provide appropriate guidance, feedback, and direction when necessary.
