Job DescriptionRN SupervisorElm Terrace GardensLansdale, PA(Full Time, Permanent Opportunity)7:00 pm - 7:00 amElm Terrace Gardens is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the heart of Lansdale PA.Registered Nurse SupervisorWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing staff within our 5 star healthcare facility.This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care while supporting a collaborative and professional work environment.The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery.Schedule is: 7pm-7am bi-weekly schedule Monday, Tuesday, Sat, Sun, Thurs, Fri Salary: $50/hr. - $52/hr.Excellent benefit package offered after 60 days!Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care. Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations for nursing team members. Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor patient care quality and safety, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
