SMS Training Development Specialist

A company is looking for an SMS Training Development Specialist to manage training and change management for the Enterprise - Sustainment Management System (E-SMS) community. Key Responsibilities Provide change management and monthly user training for E-SMS Conduct knowledge management interviews and update training curriculum and guides Deliver comprehensive on-site training and coordinate all logistics for training sessions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field 3+ years of experience using BUILDER Strong knowledge of policies and procedures for conducting BUILDER inspections Familiarity with Army SMS community practices Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass and maintain a National Agency Check Investigation
