Job Description Role: Configuration AnalystRate: $30/hour W2Location: West Chester Township, OhioSchedule: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM ESTWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to support a high-level deskside environment with additional exposure to light network engineering functions.Key Responsibilities Provide advanced deskside support for hardware and software issuesPerform testing, refurbishment, and upgrades on devicesCollaborate closely with Facilities teams to redeploy devices back into the fieldExecute basic network-related tasks as part of device validation and setupAccurately log and document testing results in internal databases with minimal errorWork Environment & Expectations Operate in a structured, onsite setting with defined schedules set by floor supervisorsAdhere to assigned break schedules and daily workflow expectationsDemonstrate strong reliability, punctuality, and accountabilityWork effectively in a shared, open workspace with a high level of team collaborationIdeal Candidate Experience in deskside or IT support with exposure to hardware lifecycle processesStrong attention to detail, particularly with data entry and documentationAbility to follow structured processes and schedules consistentlyCollaborative mindset with strong communication skills#ZR#INDGEN
