A full-time Physical Therapist position is available at a school located in Somerton, AZ, for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract role offers the opportunity to support students' physical development and rehabilitation in an educational setting. The position is onsite, requiring consistent presence Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.Key Responsibilities:Provide physical therapy evaluation, treatment, and consultation to students in a school environmentCollaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to meet educational and physical goalsMaintain accurate documentation of services and comply with school policies and legal requirementsQualifications and Experience:Valid Arizona Physical Therapist (PT) license is requiredCurrent IVP Fingerprint Card clearanceExperience in pediatric physical therapy or school-based PT preferredStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to manage a caseload efficiently and provide quality therapy servicesJob Details:Location: Somerton, AZContract Duration: August 3, 2026 - May 26, 2027 (dates subject to change)Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per weekCaseload: Approximately 26-27 students (grade level and caseload details to be determined)Onsite role - no remote work option
