Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries and reservations Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Handle guest requests promptly, resolving issues with a positive attitude and effective communication Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring overall satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests. Bilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of hospitality management systems and hotel management software Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for shift coverage Prior experience with guest services, resort operations, or hotel experience is preferred Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations with professionalism and enthusiasm Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes a difference!
