The Director of Masonry Operations is responsible for monitoring productivity and financial performance for geographic location while generating business opportunities and cultivating relationships with clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers. This is a very hands on position, as the Director will also have estimating and project management responsibilities. Successful candidates will have significant experience in the construction and development of large-scale commercial masonry projects, preferably with a strong background in project management, estimating, and supervision.
