If you've ever walked into a world-class experience and thought, "I could elevate this" , this role is for you!We are looking for a Manager, Attendee Experience and Hospitality to design and deliver world-class experiences across our event portfolio: from intimate, high-profile gatherings to large-scale conferences with 10,000+ attendees. You will own the entire attendee journey, shaping how our clients feel at every touchpoint: before, during, and after each event. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of our ecosystem, collaborating across media, events, consulting, and technology.Job ResponsibilitiesExperience Design and Strategy Designing the end-to-end attendee journey , ensuring every interaction reflects a premium intentional experienceDevelop and implement VIP and tiered hospitality strategiesCreate memorable "wow moments" that elevate our brand and differentiate our eventsHospitality and Guest Experience Own all front-of-house experiences including: VIP dinners, networking receptions, hospitality loungesMeet-and-greet experiences and curated interactionsDesign and manage attendee gifting programs (VIP, speakers, attendees)Oversee concierge-level communications before and during eventsFood, Beverage and Environment Lead food & beverage strategy, including BEO development and executionPartner with venues and culinary teams to deliver elevated dining experiencesDesign physical environments (layout, flow, ambiance, décor, seating)VIP and Talent Experience Manage hospitality for VIPs, speakers, and high-profile guestsOversee hotel rooming lists, accommodations, and backstage/green room environmentsEnsure seamless, white-glove experiences for top-tier attendeesCross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with Operations , Production , Sponsorship , Marketing , and SalesAlign the experience strategy with overall business and brand objectivesWhat Success Looks Like (First 12 Months) Redesign and elevate the attendee journey across our flagship eventsImplement a tiered VIP experience mod el that increases premium ticket value and retentionAchieve top-tier attendee satisfaction (NPS/experience ratings in top quartile)Deliver consistently high-end, detail-oriented experiences at scaleJob Qualifications5+ years of experience designing and executing high-end experiences (luxury hospitality, large-scale events, experiential marketing)Demonstrated experience supporting events ranging from intimate VIP gatherings to large conferences (5,000+ attendees)Strengths in creative vision (experience design) and execution (logistics, details, operations)Portfolio of work demonstrating high-end, curated experiencesExperience with BEOs, rooming lists, seating charts, and hospitality logisticsStrong Excel skills (tracking, planning, attendee management)Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar)Ability to build presentations, mood boards, and experience conceptsTraits That Win in This Role Obsesses over guest experience and detailsStrong design taste and aesthetic judgmentAnticipates needs before they ariseOperates with urgency, ownership, and high standardsComfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsThis Role is Best Suited ForCandidates with experience in: Luxury hospitality (hotels, high-end experiences, VIP services)Large-scale conferences or premium experiential eventsDesigning, not just coordinating, client experiencesCandidates whose experiences is primarily limited to smaller-scale or logistics-only roles may find this position less aligned. Our programs operate at a level that requires strategic thinking, luxury hospitality awareness, and experience serving high-profile clientele at scale.Compensation: Salary + Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package.
