Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs of individuals and their families.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Program Coordinator located in the Youngstown-Warren area. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing program operations, managing daily schedules and logistics, and assisting in the creation and development of new programs. Other tasks include ensuring program objectives are met, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Collaborative problem-solving and resource optimization are key components of this role.QualificationsProficiency in Program Management and Program Development, including the ability to design, implement, and evaluate programs effectivelyStrong Project Management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and manage timelines efficientlyExcellent Communication skills to engage with diverse groups of individuals and ensure smooth informational flowExceptional Customer Service abilities to address client needs empathically and professionallyDetail-oriented organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environmentsBachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, or a related field preferredExperience in a similar role or familiarity with mental health, developmental disabilities, or aging services is advantageousProficiency in relevant computer software for reporting and documentation
