Essential functions include curriculum and program development, student success, and education effectiveness, as well as personnel and resource allocation.Applicants for the Dean position at the Malcolm Baldrige School of Business should hold a terminal degree in a relevant discipline and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in higher education leadership or a related professional field. Significant online experience and a background in adult education, particularly in online and blended learning modalities, are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of inspirational leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to the goals of online education. Responsibilities also include developing and managing the school's budget, hiring and evaluating faculty and staff, and ensuring compliance with academic and regulatory standards.
