Strategic Finance Associate

As we scale, we seek a Strategic Finance Associate to join our finance team and play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, supporting decision-making, and driving business performance. Position Overview This role reports to the CFO and partners closely with leadership across Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Operations. The Strategic Finance Associate will build financial models, conduct scenario analyses, and deliver actionable insights to guide capital allocation, growth decisions, and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Manhattan. If you want to have a real impact on the organization's trajectory, this is the role for you. Responsibilities: Own creation and maintenance of detailed financial models (annual budgeting, forecasts, P&L, cash flow, LTV/CAC, Unit Economics, etc.) Own long-range planning, scenario analysis and acquisition analysis to inform corporate strategy Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), build dashboards (PowerBI), and deliver insights to optimize performance Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages highlighting key financial results and business metrics Partner with Marketing, Clinical, and Operations to identify gaps, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives Build and maintain SQL queries and come up with actionable recommendations which synthesize financial, operational, and marketing data. Support capital markets activities, including debt/equity structuring, investor due diligence, and financial narratives Collaborate with external stakeholders (banks, investors, advisors) as needed Drive process improvements, automation, and adoption of best practices across finance workflows Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 2-4 years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, valuation, or FP&A Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with SQL and data visualization tools preferred Strong understanding of financial statements, reporting, and business metrics Proven track record of conducting quantitative/financial analyses and developing recommendations Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and distill complex issues into structured frameworks Process-driven and attentive to detail, even when creating from scratch Self-starter who engages with ambiguity and practices ownership of their work product Compensation Base salary range: $110,000 – $150,000 Annual bonus Benefits: 401(k) Comprehensive health, vision and dental insurance Health savings account Paid time off Paid parental leave Location: Hybrid based in Manhattan
