Lead Software Engineer

cFocus Software seeks a Lead Software Engineer to join our program supporting EPA in Washington, DC. This position has remote capabilities. This position requires active Pubic Trust clearance. Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in their area of technical expertise and demonstrate understanding and experience in the RCRA Subtitle C requirements related to EPA’s National Hazardous Waste System, RCRAInfo. Must have AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), RCRA Hazardous Waste Management Certification, Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 11 Developer Must be familiar with Federal RCRA Subtitle C Regulation (and its Amendments) and the Hazardous Waste Electronic Manifest Establishment Act of 2012. Duties: Knowledge and experience of large-scale, AWS cloud-based enterprise solutions Experience with PL/SQL programming in an Oracle/Postgres Database. Experience with Jasper Report development. Technical expertise and experience configuring and maintaining an Oracle database environment (currently Oracle 19c). Experience working with IT aspects of projects with a focus on applying RCRA statues, regulations and policies. Experience with Web-based technology incorporating JAVA technology through one application. Experience in developing a training guide, users guide and on-line help for big applications. Experience with Robo-help software for on-line documentation. Experience doing integrated and unit testing for big applications using Sahi-Pro. Experience conducting quality assurance and quality control of data. Experience in data exchanges using APIs. Experience in developing software using IntelliJ IDE, JAVA, and JavaScript. kL0H1Bu6xZ
