Assembler Overhead Door/Wayne Dalton in Pensacola, Florida, is looking for full-time Assemblers to join their team Job Responsibilities Assemble product to specifications according to work instructions and engineering drawings. Assemble hinges at a workstation while seated and communicate with operators when material replenishment is needed. Meet established production standards while working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) for assigned work areas. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and proper techniques, keeping safety a top priority for all team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained work area. Perform assigned tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Support operational needs by working in different production areas as required. Qualifications Excellent attendance and reliability. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments. Strong attention to detail. Ability to perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Frequent sitting throughout the shift. Periodic bending at the waist to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds from the floor to the worktable (approximately 30% of the time). Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and push or pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods when required. Frequent stooping, bending, twisting, and squatting. Ability to climb stairs as needed. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with loud noise, forklift/PIT traffic, dust, and non-climate-controlled conditions, including heat exposure.
