WHAT YOU'LL DO- Build and ship features across [front end / back end / full stack]- Write clean, tested, readable code and review teammates' pull requests- Design and consume REST or GraphQL APIs- Debug production issues and improve performance and reliability- Work with product and design to shape what gets built, not just how- Contribute to CI/CD, monitoring and documentation- Learn from senior engineers and mentor those newer than youWHAT YOU NEED (KEEPING IT SHORT)- 1 to 5 years of professional software development experience, or equivalent projects, internships or bootcamp plus portfolio work- Strong skills in at least one of [Python / JavaScript or TypeScript / Java / C# / Go]- Comfort with Git, code review and automated testing- Understanding of databases (SQL) and web fundamentals (HTTP, APIs)- Clear communication, especially in writing- Authorization to work in the USNICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)React or Vue, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, microservices, Terraform, message queues, a CS degree.
