Residential Construction Office Manager / Production Manager

Job Description Office Manager / Production ManagerWe are a high-end, family-oriented construction firm based in Calabasas, specializing in residential remodels, custom homes, and ADU development. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced In-Office Manager / Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day planning, coordination, and administration of our construction projects from our office headquarters. Position Summary: The Office Manager / Production Manager plays a critical role in supporting all phases of a construction project from the office. This role focuses on managing scheduling, budgets, subcontractor communication, procurement, and project documentation. While this is primarily an in-office role, it requires close coordination with field supervisors and site managers to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all administrative aspects of construction projects from start to finish.Create and maintain project schedules and timelines using construction management software (BUILDERTEND).Communicate daily with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment.Process permits, RFIs, change orders, and other essential documents.Maintain accurate records, including budgets, invoices, contracts, and logs.Ensure that all project documentation is complete, organized, and up-to-date.Track job progress and assist with resolving delays or obstacles.Assist in managing client expectations and providing regular updates.Order materials and coordinate deliveries to job sites as needed.Support field supervisors with planning and logistics.Monitor project budget and costs to ensure financial targets are met.Requirements: Proven experience in construction project management (minimum 3 years).Strong understanding of residential construction processes.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with BuilderTrend is a plusStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsSpanish-speaking is a plusConstruction experience is A MUSTCompany DescriptionA high-end and family-oriented construction company in Calabasas since 1998, is searching for a Full-Time Residential Construction Office Manager/Production Manager.Company DescriptionA high-end and family-oriented construction company in Calabasas since 1998, is searching for a Full-Time Residential Construction Office Manager/Production Manager.
