We’re always on the lookout for smart people who are committed to continuous improvement, customer service and quality.Job DescriptionJOB TITLE: Administrative Intern, Materials FLSA STATUS: Non ExemptREPORTS TO: Materials SupervisorSummaryProvide support to the Materials department in the activities assigned.Responsibilities And DutiesUnder the supervision of the Materials Supervisor, the supervisor is responsible for monitoring: Weekly Buffer and Safety inventory Capture of Buffer and Safety inventory in Level Load Request and follow up on the Condor system Capture customer packaging receipts Separate, scan, and electronically file shipping evidence Maintain and update the service part order system Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Policy and applicable instructions Other materials-related activities as assignedEducation And ExperienceCurrent college student or recent college graduate with a degree focus in supply chain management, business, engineering, or related field.Skills And AbilitiesPossesses the ability to gather and analyze information and make decisions from a limited number of choices.
