This role ensures accuracy, productivity, and on time delivery while supporting cross functional production needs.Core Responsibilities:-Perform a variety of moderately difficult to complex testing tasks.-Set up test equipment and conduct tests per specification.-Troubleshoot and perform failure analysis of analog and digital circuitry malfunctions down to the component level.-Provide detailed written failure descriptions and root cause analyses to production and engineering teams.-Follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and procedures.-Maintain a clean and safe work environment and uphold an acceptable safety record.-Assist other departments with tasks across various production cells/locations.-Train less experienced staff.-Perform other responsibilities as assigned.-Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; may require nights, weekends, variable schedules, or additional hours.Job Specifications:Education- Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma, or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field.Years of Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.Skills:-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and sketches.-Skilled in the use of test equipment, hand tools, power tools, and electric soldering.-Effective oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.-Proficiency with Microsoft Windows software applications.-Able to solve complex problems in atypical or infrequent situations using established procedures or scientific methods.
