Internship: Content + Creative Intern (Photography / Design / Social)Brand: Twice As Good HairLocation: Hybrid, Austin TXAbout the RoleWe’re looking for creative, aesthetic-driven interns to help build the content and visual identity of a growinghaircare brand.This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in capturing, creating, and publishing content that defines howthe brand shows up online. You’ll work closely with our creative lead to bring ideas to life in a way that feelsorganic, elevated, and aligned with our brand.We’re especially focused on building a strong presence in Austin, working with creatives who naturally exist in thekind of environments and aesthetic we want the brand to live in.What You’ll DoDepending on your strengths, you’ll support across:Content Capture (IRL / iPhone)Shoot iPhone photo + video content (B-roll, lifestyle, candid moments)Capture content around Austin (coffee shops, streets, everyday environments)Assist with content shoots and creator collaborationsContent Creation + DesignCreate carousel posts and Pinterest-style visualsAdd light graphic design (text overlays, layouts, branding) using CanvaTurn raw content into polished, post-ready assetsSocial + ExecutionHelp organize and maintain a content calendarAssist with posting across InstagramSupport Stories and Highlights strategySource inspiration from Pinterest, Instagram, and emerging trendsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual storytellingInterest in content creation, social media, and brandingFamiliarity with iPhone photography and/or Canva/design toolsBased in AustinOrganized, reliable, and proactiveAligned with feminine, lifestyle, and beauty-focused brandsWhat You’ll GainHands-on experience building a brand’s contentPortfolio-worthy work across photography, design, and socialExposure to content strategy and brand buildingMentorship from a creative leadOpportunity to grow into a larger role as the brand scalesNoteWe’re open to hiring multiple interns for this role, with responsibilities tailored to your strengths (content capture vs. design/social).
