Our long-tenured team members are a direct reflection of the culture we have built.We seek a dependable, customer-focused sales professional who will generate new revenue growth, provide outstanding service to our contractors, and drive new sales to our Richmond and Norfolk storefront locations.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain strong, lasting relationships with pavement maintenance contractors, government agencies, property managers, and other key customers throughout the Richmond and Norfolk markets. Repeat business is the cornerstone of our success.Identify, qualify, and engage new sales prospects through face-to-face cold calling and on-site visits, while nurturing existing accounts.Conduct on-site product and equipment demonstrations (comprehensive training provided).Deliver superior customer service and responsiveness.Plan and organize daily sales activities to strategically develop your territory and open new accounts across Richmond, Norfolk, and surrounding regions.Maintain accurate records, pipelines, and reports using CRM, accounting/quoting software, and the Microsoft Office Suite.What You Bring3-5 to five years of outside sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, paving/sealcoating, and municipal agencies.A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with numbers to back it upComfort and with face-to-face cold calling and the drive to prospect between scheduled appointments.Polished presentation skills, including public speaking and PowerPoint for lunch and learn settings with customer’s. Proficiency with CRM platforms, quoting/accounting software, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong territory management habits and the ability to thrive in past paved, team-oriented environment.Integrity, professionalism, and relationship skills to build lasting client partnerships and close dealsScheduleYear around sales effort out seeing customer 4-5 days per weekIn-season coverage for store Managers (1 Saturday/month 7am/12noon April - OctoberSome Overnight travel RequiredCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $1,600 per week (paid over 52 weeks)Performance-based year-end bonusMedical: 100% of employee premium paid after 60 daysDependent medical coverage: (60% employer-paid40% employee paid)Dental and vision insuranceLife insurance: ($25,000 company-paid policy after 60 days)401(k): Eligibility after one year, with a 3% profit-sharing matchPaid time off: 10 days PTO plus holidays through the end of 2026Cell phone reimbursement: $50/monthGym membership reimbursement: $30/month
