Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cleaning Specialist located in Homestead, FL. The Cleaning Specialist will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards in residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various surfaces. Additional responsibilities include window cleaning, floor care (such as carpet cleaning), and ensuring all assigned areas meet high-quality cleanliness and safety standards. The individual will follow schedules and protocols designed to exceed customer expectations while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Qualifications Proficiency in Residential and Commercial Cleaning techniquesExperience with specialized cleaning tasks such as Window Cleaning and Carpet CleaningAbility to perform general House Cleaning and Home Cleaning duties effectivelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standardsPhysical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift, and move materials, and work on your feetExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to follow directions and work collaboratively within a team or independentlyPrevious professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
