Serving a diverse range of markets, ASN empowers advisors to build sustainable, client-centric businesses backed by a robust institutional framework.Role DescriptionAdvisory Services Network is seeking a Senior Investment Advisor Services Specialist to join our Atlanta office. This full-time, in-office role will serve as a senior operational partner to affiliated advisory firms and play a key role in supporting day-to-day platform operations across a multi-custodial environment. The ideal candidate has deep experience in RIA, broker-dealer, or custodial operations and understands the workflows required to support independent financial advisors. This role requires strong operational judgment, attention to detail, advisor-facing communication skills, and the ability to manage complex service matters across custodians, platforms, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a senior operational contact for affiliated advisory firmsOversee complex account onboarding, ACAT transfers, and account maintenanceReview and process money movement requests with strong compliance awarenessCoordinate with custodians, including Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing, to resolve operational issuesAssist with onboarding new advisory teams joining the ASN platformMonitor and resolve operational exceptions across advisor accountsProvide operational guidance on custodial and platform workflowsSupport advisors with account service needs, paperwork requirements, and escalation itemsIdentify opportunities to improve internal processes, workflows, and service efficiencyContribute to the continued scaling of ASN’s advisor support and operations modelQualifications10+ years of experience in an RIA, broker-dealer, custodial, or investment operations environmentDirect experience supporting independent financial advisorsStrong knowledge of account onboarding, ACAT transfers, account maintenance, and money movement proceduresExperience working within multi-custodial environmentsFamiliarity with custodial platforms such as Schwab, Fidelity, and PershingExperience with CRM and workflow systems such as Redtail, Salesforce, Wealthbox, or similar platformsStrong operational judgment, problem-solving ability, and attention to detailExcellent communication and advisor-facing relationship management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environmentAbility to work full-time in ASN’s Atlanta officeThis role requires deep operational expertise and the ability to serve as a trusted resource to independent advisory firms operating on the ASN platform.The position is intended for experienced professionals with a strong operational background supporting independent financial advisors.
